Lilly has been a student of Yoga for many years, and teaching yoga has become one of the most meaningful aspects of her life. She strives towards a life of balance devoted to self-study and awareness, aspiring to live peacefully and mindfully. Lilly was trained as a yoga teacher at Yoga London by wonderful inspiring teacher Rebecca Ffrench. Her time at Yoga London taught her to be patient with herself, reminded her to live in the moment, and just breath. Since then, her personal daily practice and teaching methods have been continuously evolving. She shares her experience in a unique way that is genuine, and inspiring. Her classes have been described as physically challenging, energetic and transformational. She encourages her student's to both surrender and challenge themselves, creating a space for them to deepen their awareness, and stay present.
